Welcome to the Humane Animal Rescue Team (HART) internet site. HART is a volunteer organization located in Chattanooga, Tennessee devoted to improving animal welfare within our community. Our primary mission is to encourage pet owners to spay or neuter their companion animals to reduce the devastating consequences of pet overpopulation.

Our Spay/Neuter Certificates are now available by mail, at the Pet Placement Center on Dayton Blvd Tuesday through Saturday, 10 am - 4 pm, or the Humane Education Society Monday through Saturday 11 am - 4 pm.

Certificates are valid for 90 days.
You must be able to furnish proof of eligibility.
